I went to have lunch for my bday and run into 18 bottomless Brunch WOW! Can’t beat that in Miami, great food and an amazing service, our server Gaby went above and beyond, coming back for sure!

I’ve been coming here for years now and the food has always been the best same with the service. Today Lorena was our waitress and she was fantastic. She informed us of the most popular dishes while at the same time let us adventure in the menu. Between the happy hour menu and their regular one I couldn’t be happier.

Elijah is one of the best servers ever. He has an amazing energy and makes sure you are well taken care of the whole time. He truly does make the experience more memorable. 1000 points for his energy, he is always happy!!

Food was better than I expected. Our waiter Elijah was amazing in every way. Was so helpful in chosing dishes, knew just what we wanted, and was such a pleasure. He had us laughing the whole time. Would definitely come back.

First things first, the restaurant is decorated in such a pleasing manner. I am obsessed with the hanging plants throughout the ceiling. Our server Josue was also wonderful. I ordered the Mango Thai Chile cocktail and it was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of eating mango with tajin. We ordered the lomo spring rolls and they were so yummy I could have had more. One thing we appreciated was the ability to order a half roll (4 pieces instead of 8 pieces). We took advantage of this and got to try different rolls on the menu. The Gardener roll was incredibly delicious and I believe this is my favorite even though it was vegetarian. Definitely would come back here.

We came in 20 minutes before happy hour and Sanoy took great care of us! Great sushi, great drinks, even better vibes! Coming back for sure!

I have lived near here for a while and had never tried this spot, but I’m glad I did. It’s tucked away behind a giant staircase in Doral CityPlace so it can be easy to miss. Since Chico Malo closed & Tap 42 raised their bottomless mimosa price, I have been on the hunt for a new brunch spot, & this place delivered! My friend & I came on a Saturday morning for brunch. We got their bottomless brunch drink deal, which includes flavored mimosas, sangrias, & bloody marys all for 22! Most other brunches in the area charge 25-35 for bottomless drinks, & usually only include mimosas and bloody marys. The drinks were super tasty, especially the sangria! I am usually not a fan of red sangria, but the one at SuViche was sweet & refreshing—not bitter at all! We tried a bunch of different flavored mimosas as well & all were yummy. The food was also very good. I got the lomo saltado spring rolls, which were crunchy & delicious & came with a creamy dipping sauce that had a nice kick to it. I also got the arroz chaufa with shrimp. It was perfectly seasoned, super savory, & the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The portion was also huge! Despite the great prices & good food/drinks, the highlight of our experience was the service. I believe our server’s name was Elijah (I might be remembering wrong, I had quite a few mimosas & I’m writing this review like 2 weeks later lol), but he said he was Haitian & I think his girlfriend worked at the restaurant, too. He was hilarious & such a good time! He made great conversation, joked with us, gave us menu recommendations, & always made sure we didn’t have to wait too long between our rounds of drinks (bottomless drinks has a 2 hour limit). If I remember correctly, gratuity was already included (18%), but I tipped a bit on top of that as well since Elijah’s service was so great. Overall, I would recommend SuViche if you’re looking for a great bottomless brunch deal & good food. The restaurant’s atmosphere is lively & bright, the bathrooms were clean, & honestly just good vibes all around lol. I will definitely be back again, & this place has probably become my new go-to spot for brunch!

The papa's pina was another highlight—refreshing and bursting with tropical flavors. Each sip was a delightful reminder of the vibrant Peruvian culture. El Santo is the perfect blend of smokey and spicy, my husband's favorite! As for the Miami Spice menu selection, it was impressive! From traditional ceviche that was fresh and zesty to hearty lomo saltado that was cooked to perfection, every dish we tried was a testament to the rich culinary heritage of Peru. The variety was fantastic, catering to both adventurous eaters and those looking for familiar flavors. We also appreciated the vegetarian options, which were just as enticing as the meat dishes. Overall, Suviche Doral exceeded our expectations. With exceptional service from Josue, delicious drinks, and a diverse menu that celebrates the best of Peruvian cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return and explore more of what they have to offer!
